It is really hard to believe, honestly it is for me, but I passed the NC Bar Exam! I am a licensed attorney in the state of North Carolina! I was one of the individuals who had the pleasure of looking up my results along with the rest of the world – online. I have to admit, I don’t think I’ve ever been so nervous in my life! I was shaking, and I was in the middle of my grad school orientation [shuuu don’t tell the professor ;)].
I could not have done it without everyone’s support and help!! Thank you so much to those of you who encouraged and supported me this past summer and the past three years. I’m sending prayers of peace and encouragement to those still on the journey! I know nothing I can say will come close to how you are feeling right now, but take heart in the fact that you have many people supporting you in this journey and you can do it!
Well, its late and I have to get up early for another math review session tomorrow. Today we reviewed the order of operations [remember: Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally???] and a couple of other things, and I registered for my MPH classes: Biostats, Epidemiology, Health Econ, Health Policy, and Issues and Approaches to Health Policy and Management. It should be a wild ride to say the least! I’m looking forward to seeing what I can accomplish but mostly, I’m just looking forward to a fabulous year and a half ahead in NYC before moving back to NC!!!
